The most important purpose of a school is to direct the child’s invention of themselves and their world. In order to identify talents for which schools are highly significant? Each child is born with vast budding and talent like a seed containing the future tree. Parents and teachers play an important role in developing the child’s brain. Education today needs one to mould a child into an individual capable of contributing effectively to society and to the world community at large. Children in today’s world must be taught to think and not merely to remember by memorizing. A sense of responsibility has to be developed for knowledge. In the current trend treats child as clay to be molded where the teachers and parents are like potters deciding what shape the clay should take. But they should be treated as gardeners instead of potters to bring out their talent.
